Describe what can still move
Say which wheels roll, whether the steering moves, how many wheels are fitted, and whether you can release the parking brake or select neutral. Explain any damage that affects ground clearance or safe attachment.
Check the scene and loading method
Loading depends on access, the surface, vehicle condition, certified truck and axle limits, legal requirements, any necessary permits and the availability of suitable specialist equipment. Missing-wheel and accident recovery can require a different setup, and some jobs may need a different provider.

Can you recover a vehicle without keys?
Possibly. Tell us if the vehicle is locked, whether the steering or wheels move, and where it is parked. We need to assess the job first.
What if the vehicle is still at an accident scene?
If there is immediate danger or anyone is injured, call the emergency services. For recovery, tell us about access and any restrictions on moving the vehicle.
