If you have an NCT or VRT appointment and need the vehicle delivered or collected, tell us which centre, the appointment date and time, and what return arrangements you need.
Transport to and from your appointment
Share the appointment and handover details
Confirm your appointment with the centre and check its rules on third-party delivery, keys, documents and handover. Tell us who will meet the vehicle and where loading or unloading is permitted.
Plan the return separately
If you need return transport, tell us at booking. Confirm the collection point and a contact for the return leg. Mention any problems with the vehicle that may affect loading.

Do you book or carry out the NCT or VRT?
We provide vehicle transport only. Appointment booking, tests, registration and outcomes are handled separately.
Can you take a non-runner to an appointment?
Ask the centre about its requirements first. We can then assess whether transport is feasible based on the condition, access and available equipment.
